How to Ride Transit Using Your Phone

Name Description
Adult

Ages 13-64
Senior/Youth/Medicare

ID Required

Senior/Youth/Medicare fares apply to Seniors who present a ’T’ endorsed ID, Youth ages 6-12, or Medicare card holders with a MN ID.
Mobility

ID Required

MN ID with an ‘A’ or ‘L’ endorsement or a Metro Mobility photo ID card is required to use a Mobility ticket.

Valid for travel on local bus routes and light rail, including METRO Blue Line and METRO Green Line.
Express Bus

Valid on Express Service and all bus routes and METRO lines. Ticket will be valid for 2.5 hours.

Non-Rush Hour

Valid any time, including weekends, holidays and reduced service days. Ticket will be valid for 2.5 hours.
All-Day

Valid any time, including weekends, holidays and reduced service days. All-Day passes are valid until 2am after activation.
Express Rush Hour

Valid Monday-Friday 6-9am and 3-6:30pm on Express Service and all bus routes and METRO lines. Ticket will be valid for 2.5 hours.
Express Non-Rush Hour

Valid any time outside of Rush Hours, including weekends, holidays and reduced service days. Valid on Express Service and all bus routes and METRO lines. Ticket will be valid for 2.5 hours.
2.5 Hours

Ticket will be valid for 2.5 hours.
Express
